Scheid Diesel Service Co., Inc. is a full service
fuel injection and turbo shop with three locations; Effingham IL, Terre
Haute IN, and Lafayette IN. Scheid Diesel services all diesel engines from
regular maintenance to complete engine rebuilds. Our large drive in service
area can accommodate most equipment and automobiles. The latest addition to
Scheid Diesel is an engine dynamometer. This engine dyno is used to test our
products, as well as fine tuning engines to meet your needs whether it is
on-road or off-road. Scheid Diesel also has a chassis dyno at our Effingham
IL location, which is an excellent tool to measure horsepower at the wheels.

led to the design of the diesel powered dragster, built to acheive 200 MPH
